Regain your strength
Treating fatigue is one of the central challenges facing modern medicine. The spectrum of possible fatigue conditions is broad, ranging from chronic fatigue and burnout to exhaustion-related depression, as well as fatigue syndrome in cancer patients, or ME/CFS following viral infections such as Epstein-Barr or COVID-19.
In this book, three renowned authors show how those affected can regain their strength and treat fatigue naturally. Their focus is not limited to treating physical symptoms, they also emphasize the psychological and spiritual aspects that must be taken into account in clinical practice. The authors present proven natural remedies from phytotherapy, homeopathy, and anthroposophic medicine. Therapeutic concepts, instructions, case studies, and recipes make this book an indispensable reference for practitioners and those affected.
